The non-equilibrium contributions to the post-Newtonian hydrodynamic equations are determined from a relaxation-time model of Boltzmann equation. Chapman- Enskog method is used calculate distribution function. components energy–momentum tensor found knowledge and equilibrium Maxwell–Jüttner functions. linearized field for mass, momentum internal energy densities coupled with three Poisson approximation investigated by considering plane wave representation fields. constitutive viscous stress heat flux vector obtained it shown that transport coefficients shear viscosity conductivity do depend on Newtonian gravitational potential.

For lattice Boltzmann methods based on entropy functions, we derive a collision integral which enables simple identification of transport coefficients, and which circumvents construction of the equilibrium. Implementation of the two-dimensional hydrodynamics demonstrates considerable increase of stability with respect to conventional lattice Boltzmann schemes.
